Abstract Submission

We invite you to submit abstracts for the following Congress sessions:

  • Session I – Brain metastases: from biology to therapy
  • Session II – Molecular diagnostics and biomarkers in brain tumors
  • Session III – New therapies in gliomas
  • Session IV – Brain tumor imaging
  • Session V – Pediatric tumors
  • Session VI – Quality of life in neuro-oncological patients and other topics

Abstracts can be submitted by sending a DOCX or PDF file to:

biuro@ptno.pl

Please include the session number in the subject line of the email.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Acceptance of a presentation requires membership in PTNO (become a member of PTNO).
  • Abstracts must be submitted as DOCX or PDF files to biuro@ptno.pl.
  • The email subject must specify the session to which the presentation applies.
  • Abstracts may be written in Polish or English.
  • The information section should include authors’ names, academic degrees/titles, and affiliations, with the presenting author clearly indicated.
  • The presenting author’s details must also include email address and phone number for contact.
  • Original research abstracts should follow this structure: Title, Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions.
  • The word limit for the main section of the abstract is 250 words.
  • Decisions made by the Scientific Committee are final and not subject to appeal.

PRESENTATION

  • Presentations will be delivered in person during the Congress.
  • If the designated presenting author becomes unavailable, another co-author meeting the substantive and age criteria may give the presentation.

WORKSHOPS

During the Congress, we are planning a special workshop session that will serve as a translational platform for researchers planning to move their preclinical research into clinical applications, enabling collaboration with clinicians.

In addition, participants will have the opportunity to present clinical project ideas for discussion and to receive the Society’s recommendation.

Such a recommendation may help secure sponsorship funding and build greater patient trust.

We warmly encourage you to take part in this unique session.
