The First Congress of the Polish Society for Neuro-Oncology Has Concluded

On January 9-10, 2026, the inaugural Congress of the Polish Society for Neuro-Oncology took place in Bydgoszcz. The event brought together a wide community of researchers, physicians, and specialists interested in central nervous system tumors.

During the Congress, the General Assembly of the Society’s members was held, resulting in the election of new leadership and the launch of discussions on the directions for development and collaboration within the Polish neuro-oncology community. Numerous presentations, workshops, and discussions confirmed the need for further integration and the creation of a shared platform for exchanging experiences and implementing research projects.

We sincerely thank all participants for their presence, commitment, and inspiring conversations. We believe that the energy and ideas generated during the Congress will become the foundation for the dynamic growth of the Polish Society for Neuro-Oncology.
